Lviv Workshop of chocolate is unique in Ukraine. After all, every product has been carefully made with the hands of the experts. Since the Middle Ages Lviv has always been famous for its good patisseries, and already in the 19th century the chocolate from the city was exported to all over Europe. However, chocolate contains emotions and brings a feeling of “being born in Lviv”. What a pride to imagine that a European aristocrat, for example somewhere in Paris, is offering his beloved one chocolate sweets that were born in Lviv Workshop! And it's not because we are growing the best cocoa beans or possess exceptional technology, just our experts were able to invest in each candy, each bar of this chocolate a little, but always the sweetest piece of our native city!

This tour-master class lasts 45-50 min. The expert of Lviv workshop of chocolate shows the group what can be manually made from different sorts of chocolate with different stuffing. The guests dressed in white uniform are making their own marzipans and truffles. The process of chocolates-making is accompanied by tasting the result of their work.
