Job Responsibilities: processing hotel reservations for individual clients coming to Ukraine via Internet Systems, working with Online reservation systems, correspondence (e-mail, phone) with clients regarding reservations/payment/other issues connected to the booking process, inputting information/photos/rates of the Ukrainian hotels into online reservation systems for future sale to international clients, invoicing.

Job Requirements: full day work, perfect written and spoken English skills, second language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish) very welcome, good computer skills on user level (Excel, Word, Internet browsers, Outlook), knowledge/experience in tourism welcome but not obligatory, good communication skills, possibility to work for extra payment as a manager on duty on some Saturdays per month (sharing this with other managers of the department) from 11:00 am to 4 pm.
